Open cmd and copy paste below
lines one by one

1. netsh wlan show drivers
2. netsh wlan set hostednetwork
mode=allow ssid=Netwrok name
here key=password here
3. netsh wlan start
hostednetwork
- change network name and
password to your choice all
done.
For stopping the Network...
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
